Analysis of Operational Challenges

A LARGE BACKPACK AND A PLATE CARRIER SHOULD NOT FIGHT EACH OTHER.

Using a conventional expedition backpack together with body armor creates ergonomic challenges that reduce user comfort and mobility.

The designed main compartment capacity together with the expandable snow collar is approximately 85 liters. Final usable capacity will be confirmed after cutting the production bag.
Will the backpack work with every plate carrier? expand_more
Frame geometry is optimized for standard SAPI/ESAPI ballistic plates and the most popular tactical vests. We cannot guarantee universal compatibility with every custom vest cut on the market.
Will the aluminum frame be part of the set? expand_more
Yes. The dedicated external aluminum frame is the foundation of the complete system and will be supplied standard with the backpack.
What materials will the backpack be made of? expand_more
In the preliminary specification, we plan to construct the main body from highly durable Cordura 500D IRR and reinforce the base with Cordura 700D IRR fabric. Zippers will be sourced from YKK, and buckles from ITW Nexus or Duraflex.

Yes, it will be possible to buy the frame separately. The frame construction allows it to be used as an independent transport frame.

Prototype testing includes multi-kilometer loaded marches in full tactical gear, fatigue resistance verification of welds and webbing, and evaluating backpack stability on the back during dynamic movement.
